Assistant Principal Engineer, IT Support

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • IT assets management and other adhoc duties as assigned



  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
  • Min 2 years of IT related experience 
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks such as server virtualisation, network, security, backup, software and hardware
  • Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Keen to learn, explore, disciplined and responsible. Able to think 'out-of-the-box' and have an aptitude for innovation and problem solving
