Job Responsibilities:

  • Installation, Implementation, Migration, Support and Troubleshoot Microsoft servers & enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Strong experience in Operating System like Microsoft / UNIX / LINUX / Red Hat.
  • Working experience in handling preventive and corrective maintenance requests such as new version upgrade, patch and scripts. 
  • Working experience in software patching for workstations and servers, OS imaging, MDT, and Task sequence troubleshooting. 
  • Experience in Software Package creation and deployment testing.
  • Experience in the areas of systems, storage hardware, storage management software and storage networking including disaster recovery.
  • Knowledge of registry, permissions, and drivers and software required.
  • Understand WAN / LAN concepts and the TCP/IP protocol stack. 
  • Some experience of IT Security and SSO tools such as CyberArk & Centrify. 
  • Ability to write scripts in common administrative languages is beneficial (shell, perl, python etc).
  • Establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved.
  • Able to work flexible hours especially during after-office hour scheduled maintenance windows.
  • Perform 24 x 7 standby duties, if required.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 – 3 years of hands-on technical working experience in Microsoft / UNIX / LINUX / Red Hat.
  • Well experienced with Windows Application deployment solutions and supporting a large enterprise (thousands of users).
  • Working experience with VM virtualisation, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Patch management.
  • Working experience with HPE Proliant, HPE Synergy, HPE blade Chassis and Dell Server. 
  • Knowledge of SAN, ISCSI, NAS, DFS, SMB, NFS, SFTP and other backup and restore technology.
  • Proficient in tools & technologies such as Microsoft SQL, Visual Studio & PowerShell scripting, Operation System Imaging, Software Management Tools & Packaging, etc.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft SCOM, SCCM, MCSE, VMWare, Red Hat will be advantage.
  • Good communication and writing skills. 
  • Strong customer service orientation.
