Assistant Vice President, Finance Consolidation

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee full spectrum of group consolidation and management reporting functions of a large scale (> 80 entities) in accordance with group accounting policies and statutory requirements
  • In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of group financial results for monthly, quarterly and year-end for SGX announcement
  • Participate in the annual budget and forecasting exercise, as well as monthly forecasting
  • Involved in liaising with various stakeholders in relations to audit requirements and deliverables including preparation of audited financial statements and Annual Report
  • Assist in the implementation of internal controls, new/enhancements to consolidation system, process improvements or IT tools as necessary
  • Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews, interim and annual audit matters
  • Other ad hoc assignments as required


Job Requirements

  • Minimum degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with CA/CPA qualifications
  • At least 15 years' of relevant experience with strong accounting proficiency in SAP and Hyperion
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards
  • Meticulous with strong analytical abilities and ability to work under pressure to meet tight schedules
  • Good leadership qualities as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
