Description

  • Manage the technical aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Cleaning, Horticulture and various Specialised Equipment for Facilities Management
  • Manage up to 2 staff under his/her reporting strength
  • Able to appreciate financial and procurement processes so as to strike a balance between fulfilling contractual requirements without compromising corporate governance
  • Proficient in administrative procedures for Facilities Maintenance contracts

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities/ Building related Management from a recognized university
  • Minimum 5 years (Degree) / 10 years (Diploma) of experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry
  • Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
  • Qualifed Green Mark Manager preferred
  • Able to interface with a multitude of different customer demographics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and paperwork
  • Experience in Facilities Maintenance in the government sector
  • A team player 
  • Able to work with tight timelines and under pressure
  • 5.5 days work week, alternate Saturdays
  • Require to work on after office hours, weekends and public holidays on an ad-hoc basis
  • Working location: 2 Geylang Bahru (nearest MRT: Potong Pasir)
  • This is a 1 year contract
