Digital Consultant, Contact Centre Services

Key Responsibilities
- Services Pre-Sales
•    Drive pre-sales activities in support of company sales growth and strategy for driving innovative cloud contact centre platforms
•    Engage the customers the company would like to acquire with the support of the Business Development/ marketing team and partners to generate and engage these leads to present the company value proposition.
•    Engage, Present, Analyse, Propose, Negotiate and Convert qualified prospects into deals
•    Translate client requirements into solutions, ensuring that client requirements are met i.e., solutioning, POC verification
•    Work with services delivery team & partners to develop business proposals, scope of work before presenting to the clients.
•    Keep abreast and insight of competition, competitive issues and products.
•    Support sales for all technical demo and Proof Of Concept (POC) requirements


Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
•    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Others or equivalent.
•    At least 6 years of IT experience
o    At least 2 years of pre-sales experience in technology solutions
•    Plan, solution and close opportunities in technology solutions
o    Technical knowledge of on-premises  and cloud ecosystems - AWS, Azure
o    Knowledge of Cloud Contact Centre services – Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Knowledge Management (KM) 
•    Strong problem-solving skills and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
•    Strong communication skills
•    Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical and business teams
•    Able to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders both in written and verbal forms
•    Ability to efficiently understand client organizations and their business model and to tailor relevant processes to privacy requirements.
•    Previous technical experience as consultant or project/services delivery in Contact Centre projects would be an added advantage
•    AWS, Azure Certifications preferred
