Digital Consultant, Payroll & HR Services

The selected personnel will be part of the Digital Transformational Office. He / she will report to Digital Lead and will be responsible for enabling businesses in the region to scale their payroll and Human Capital Management functions 

Specific responsibilities

• Scanning, identification and evaluation of digital solutions
• Engage clients and internal teams to identify gaps and understand requirements and business priorities
• Address critical business needs through the design of processes, creation of used cases, identification and execution of proposed solutions
• Support the team through full sales process of solution engineering, such as sales material development, solution presentation, customisation of solution demonstration, customer workshops, creation of proof of concept and  proposal development 
• Work with sales team on demand generation, marketing activities, responses to RFI/ RFP
• Continually explore, learn and keep up to date across capabilities, solutions and technologies. Challenge the status quo

General responsibilities

• Other necessary internal support and duties as required

Qualifications

• Professional experience in some or all of the following areas
  • Payroll or Human Capital Management 
  • Cloud technologies / automation technologies / SaaS / PaaS
  • Pre-sales experience
  • Shared-services and outsourcing industry
• Possess excellent communication skills to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to clients and work with different levels stakeholders
• Ability to identify requirements and develop use cases based on client's business priorities

Nice to have

• Proficiency in reading / writing / speaking in another asian language in order to pitch to overseas clients
