Job Description:

 

  • Manage and monitor all installed IT systems and infrastructure
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Proactively ensure the availability of systems and infrastructure
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Maintain, optimize, and monitor existing systems.
  • Support all the project management activities where required

 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Relevant experience on Cloud/DevOps engineering, Freshers can also apply,
  • AWS Cloud Certifications at Associate, expert, or specialty level
  • Strong experience with AWS, designing, engineering, and implementing cloud solutions and services
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes and AWS EKS
  • Strong experience across the infrastructure stack with Windows, Linux, environments as well as Storage, Database and Networking.
  • Experience with modern DevOps tooling (e.g., GIT, AWS DevOps, AWS CloudFormation, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Deep understanding of PaaS, Infra-as-Code, Compliance-as-Code, and when/how to use & enable Experience with modern engineering and agile practices
  • Able to document the technical architecture using servers and network diagrams
  • Possess clear understanding of the Development/SIT/UAT/Production environment requirements
  • Troubleshoot network related problems
  • Good problem-solving skills and have a positive learning attitude.
  • Able to work alone and as a team.
