Title:  Engineer, Smart Security & Automation

Job Description

• Conduct periodic inspections and audit in both software to hardware e.g. Backend IT security equipment, network switches, firewalls, to front-end devices, that ranges from Access Controls, Intrusion Detection Systems, Perimeter systems, CCTV Analytics, Security Management Systems, etc.
• Conduct reviews in Security Backend System
• Liaise with customer to ensure that contractual obligations are met and services are delivered well.
• Work within the team to address critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
• Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery.
• Analyse third-party as well as internal processes, and create strategies for service delivery optimization

Requirements:

• Have good interpersonal skills to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated and responsible individual.
• Knowledge of Security Backend Equipment from Enterprise system such as Servers, Database, Applications and Network is an advantage
• Certification in Common Criteria, CCNA or CREST is an advantage
• Diploma or Degree in IT/ Computer/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
