Executive (Contract Management & Quantity Survey, Building Facilities)

  • Contract Management
    • Monitor validity of service contracts under its management and plan for the renewal / buying of new category of services
    • Preparation of contract specifications and documents by professional Quantity Surveyors (QS) staff. Contract Administration including monitor of contract and contractor performance
    • Monitor and ensure all billings are accurate and on time
  • Tender and Contract Management
    • Provide tender calling and contract administration service.
    • Responsible for the complete contract administration including monitoring of contract expiry and plan for the renewal, preparation of tender specifications and tender documents for building maintenance contracts, participate / provide inputs to evaluation of bids and provide contract administration and documentation support for the maintenance contracts.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement procedure of calling tender and recommending the award of contract to the Customer. This includes:
      • Verifying maintenance quotations, including star rate items and putting up recommendations to the Customer for approval.
      • New contracts or renewal, updates maintenance requirements for incorporation into tender specifications. This includes the preparation of all maintenance contracts listed in Schedule of Existing Contracts;
      • Settling the final accounts with termed contractor within two months after the expiry of the contract.
      • Formulating Service Standards
    • Conduct Regular maintenance audits and condition inspection of systems to ensure established standards are complied with.
    • Provide standards and guidelines for maintenance contractors’ compliance.
    • Sourcing of quotations for goods and services
  • Technical Support
    • Supervise sub-contractors in the provisions of maintenance services and vendors in the delivery of equipment;
    • Assist Building Manager in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with government/statutory regulations; Conduct regular audits of building and systems;
    • Assist Building Manager in managing minor projects or improvement works or repair & replacement (R&R) works. Supervise the works;
    • Prepare and justify for variation of works;
    • Ensure that works are completed on time and as per contract requirements.



  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Facilities/Building related from a recognized polytechnic with minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Good interpersonal communication & negotiation skills; versed in MS offices tools i.e. Words and Excel

  • Ability to work under stress with tight deadline independently or in a team

  • Working location at Boon Lay (very near to MRT station)

  • Travelling to sites is required

  • This is a 2 years contract
