Management Executive (Claim Certifier)

Responsibilities

 

  • Performance Management – Achieve operational goals and key performance indicators that are aligned to the organisation’s overall strategic objectives
  • Operation Management – Implement the approving guidelines to ensure make-up pay payments to NSmen are timely and accurate and in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines
  • Customer Service – Execute the customer service support initiatives to deliver a highly professional standard of service to customers
  • Employee Development – Coach, train & develop employees regularly in the required competencies to their fullest potential to leverage on their strengths for better performance
  • Claim Approval – Exercise judgment and approve claims to ensure fair compensation
  • Statistical Analysis – Prepare and analyse statistical reports to produce trends for management use
  • Quality Control Management – Investigate any non-conformances to facilitate corrective/preventive action so as to prevent future occurrences
  • Claims Consultancy – Provide guidance to the team on complex claims & deviation cases regularly to ensure consistency, fairness and prudence in decisions made
  • Customer Communication – Execute the communication programs to shape the behaviour of employers/NSmen
  • Process Review – Review, streamline and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder in finance related field
  • Meticulous

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Result oriented
