Assistant Manager, Programme Development

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Coordinate internal resources and for project execution
- Establish and manage relationships with users and stakeholders
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Anticipate and manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs
- Supervise and delegate tasks to junior project staff
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years working experience in project management, preferably in a technology area
- Familiarity with government contracting a plus
- Outstanding people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguities
