Title: Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategies ( Pricing, Advertising, Product Launching )

Conduct thorough research on competitors and perform market research to understand what respective product target audience look for in their ideal products

Use this research and knowledge of our products to identify clear positioning, determine most appealing features of products and craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages/ad campaigns), develop engaging/educational product marketing campaigns that reach a wide target audience and outline product marketing deployment timelines for the year.

Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies

Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy.

Focus on 3 Levels of the Sales Funnel and Develop Awareness/Consideration/Preference Campaigns

Acquisition – maximise reach of product content (social media, blogs). Able to determine what time of campaign needs to be done, create a budget for the marketing endeavours, craft a project plan to map out when this content will be released and oversee a team who will create the desired content.

Engagement – Build trust and create conversation with potential customers through events, campaign and specific calls to action

Conversion and Retention – Convert potential customer into paying customers for one-time purchases and keeping customers loyal through subscription models or add-on purchases.

Partner with any relevant local/global trade organizations to increase ST Cyber Product presence through speakership, activations and attendance

Support Enterprise Analyst Relation effort

Develop/own GTM scorecard/dashboard and associated metrics/goals/benchmarks track/report progress against them

Develop Effective Marketing Content and Actionable Enterprise Customer insights

Plan/create/edit/optimise wide range of customer-facing marketing collaterals

Identify relevant opinion leaders, influencers, media and content partners who can serve as advocates or partners in co-creating content and developing value offerings

Evaluate using owned, paid, earned and other avenues to maximise distribution of assets to the right audience

Requirements
-
More than 5 years proven experience as Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role in B2B space. Background in design and copywriting is a plus.

Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles

Demonstrated experience in market analysis and demonstrated analytical skills in distilling and using customer data/insights and industry trends to develop communications and content strategies targeted at enterprises to drive marketing qualified leads for sales conversion.

Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns, familiar with product marketing tactics ( integrated marketing campaigns ) and knows how to leverage martech and CRM tools and sales enablement platforms to enrich engagement and drive conversion.

Hands-on experience in adopting digital performance marketing metrics (website traffic search ranking, email open statistics, AB test results, cost per lead and conversion rate across all funnels) to improve performance, refine content development and distribution and to incorporate as future strategy and actions

Strong communication and project management skills. Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects, that includes managing advertising/direct marketing and research vendors
