Project Manager



  • Direct and oversee projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and the team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
  • Negotiate agreement terms, manage contract drafts, bid on projects, and obtain permits to analyse and mitigate risks.
  • Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met.
  • Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality standards exist and estimates remain within budget.
  • Supervise projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customer’s requirements.
  • Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
  • Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues



  • BSc/BA in Engineering, Building and Construction, Civil, or equivalent
  • PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
  • Certificate in Construction Productivity Management (CCPM) or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) would be preferred
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, including at least 3 years’ experience in project management
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software
  • Strong project & people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Able to work within tight schedules
  • Self-driven and good team player
