Job Description

  • External Audits
    • Preparation prior audit
    • Facilitation during audit period
    • Follow up and closure of the audit
  • Internal Audits
    • Arrangement of auditors
    • Manage correspondence with respective department
    • Follow up and ensure closure on timely manner
  • Vendor Questionnaires
    • Completion of questionnaire send by customers/ vendors
    • Management of related document
  • Certification and Authorisation
    • Ensure all repair station approvals remain valid by checking the dates and alerting about upcoming inquiry in advance
    • Management of certificates
    • Arrange and issue company authorisation to the authorization holders
  • Liaison with internal and external customers including Aviation Authorities
  • Administrative duties of the department
