As a Cloud Sales Leader, you will be leading the pre-sales team in transforming the way we engage with customers and partners. You know the competitive landscape and implement strategies that maximize customer and partner value through the use of cloud technology  and drive growth. You build sustainable capabilities in individuals and teams for integrated customer and partner collaborations, nimble competitive responses, and quick execution.

 

The Cloud Sales Leaders have a variety of roles working with customers in driving cloud adoption. You understand our customer challenges in adopting and managing cloud, and ensure that all levels of organization are focused on and adapt strategies, plan and solution to insights about customers, market and business environment. You provide focus and drive in identifying and resolving issues that span organization to deliver results and business impact. You will help customers with and cloud adoption strategies by pitching solutions that deliver measurable business value and driving synergies across technology stacks and securing alliances with partners’ solution.

 

You are a resourceful, people-focused and persistent individual, who takes rejection as a personal challenge to succeed when given opportunity. You appreciate the value of long lasting relationships and prioritise efforts to build trust with existing and potential customers. Exhibit good listening skills and is able to establish rapport with customers and team members alike easily.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Drive sales target and account coverage in designated industry verticals e.g. Government, Education, Healthcare, Regulated Industry and Enterprise.
  • Implement sales strategy
    • Analyze sales and customers data collected to identify market trends and estimate market demand
    • Create lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
    • Coordinate sales activities in line with sales strategy
    • Provide trends and market feedback to the senior management via regular review meetings
    • Provide customers insights on the challenges and desired business outcomes.
  • Implement roadmap for business development
    • Develop a business development plan for sales team with critical success factors and targets.
    • Lead the pre-sales solution team in design, plan, build and manage the cloud solutions for customers.
    • Manage preparation of bid documents and proposals
    • Lead the sales and bid process on overall value propositions and results.
    • Oversee the development of campaigns, social media presence, seminars, forums, web-site content and case studies
  • Manage customer relationships
    • Maintain on-going liaison with customers for easier communication
    • Develop customers relationships with past and potential clients
    • Coordinate communication of new products and/or service introduction, features, benefits, and prices to customers.
    • Drive optimum servicing of accounts and timely resolution of potential problem areas.
    • Provide experienced knowledge and/or develop competency on various customer relationship and sales management.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and develop business acumen and implications of emerging cloud technologies
  • Work as a key member of the cloud business unit.
     

Requirements:

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience. You should have cloud fundamental knowledge on Amazon AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Cloud: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, PaaS, IaaS, SaaS products and solutions
  • Broad knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance: Identity management, security monitoring, various compliance frameworks, and a good understanding of core security concepts and processes as it relates to securing Cloud technologies.
