Sales Manager (Product Sales and Channel Management)


We are looking for Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for Singapore. Start as individual contributor, potential lead a sales team when business grows. Main responsibility is creating and managing sales projections, supporting other local sales team to provide exceptional customer service during the sales process. Ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building and deal closing deals.




  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our direct customer base
    • Directing and co-ordinating all sales activities locally including promotions and campaigns
    • Tracking and analysing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
    • Overseeing and directing performance of the extended local sales teams to ensure company quotas are met by holding weekly check-ins and monitor progress
    • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
    • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
    • Manage month-end and year-end close processes


  • Develop, manage and grow pipeline of sales opportunities with key local partners to expand sales revenue
    • Create identified partner profiling and their reseller business to identify product focus opportunities
    • Develop channel sales strategy for Singapore; identify and organize engagement with partners’ resellers/customer
    • Encourage and manage co-marketing activities and manage Market Development Fund (MDF)
    • Enable existing and new partners sales and technical team and drive partner portal adoption
    • Overseeing and directing performance of the partner sales teams to ensure sales quotas are met by holding monthly check-ins and monitor progress
    • Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye towards building on what works and changing what doesn’t



  1. Diploma/degree in Engineering or Business Management
  2. More than 5 years experience in business development/account management in MNC/start-up, successfully exceeds sales targets
  3. Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing
  4. Experience using CRM to manage sales process and forecast sales
  5. Ability to
      1. design and implement a successful sales /channel strategy to drive increased sales
      2. convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to enable partner sales
  6. Business leader who is able to influence and build strong relationship with decision makers across all levels of prospect and partner organizations
  7. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical and issues with client/partner
  8. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
