Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with users to understand requirements
  • Work with suppliers to develop a comprehensive solution
  • Work within a team responsible for implementing IT infrastructure projects involving server, security or network administration
  • Diagnose and resolve issues relating to servers, security or network equipment
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Support project manager to ensure that the deliverables address cyber-security & integrated logistics support requirements
  • Actively participate in project reviews and post mortems with the goal of ensuring that quality goals are met and improvements identified and implemented

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Possesses valid CCNA certification or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of server, firewall or network equipment configuration
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the Information Technology industry as a system or network administrator
  • Shall have experience in liaising with the user and vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.
