Senior Executive, Corporate Marketing

Responsibilities

 

  • Utilize both new and traditional media to reach external and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with various cross functional teams within and across the business area and group; (e.g.) Business Development, Engineers, Operations, Creatives, Commercial, Communications in order to get media messages across.
  • Support in preparing corporate presentations, media and communications for key executives.
  • Manage corporate collateral development such as relevant industrial news research, and proof-reading of news articles and videos.
  • Arrange and oversee video and photography shoots to achieve desired outcomes
  • Responsible for end-to-end design and execution of strategic marketing plan that includes concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy.
  • React fast to mid-campaign performance and be optimise in between campaign activities.
  • Create and execute design works for offline and online marketing and communications materials.

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or digital marketing.
  • Strong track record of planning, coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events that are aligned with company-wide objectives.
  • Proven track record of being able to have marketing and communications trained.
  • Proficient in Design Software (Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator).
  • Able to work independently and think strategically in driving certain smaller, low-risk initiatives
  • Familiar with the entire marketing mix – you have a good knowledge of how, why and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activation. You must also have a clear understanding of how to plan an end-to-end marketing roll out.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven: Able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan. Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful marketing campaign execution.
  • Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
  • Able to adapt quickly in an ever-changing landscape and be ready to move with the needs of the business. As such, a knack for problem solving and structure would be an asset.
  • Confidence, good judgment, team player with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and external partners, media relations skills, meticulous in work execution.
  • Excellent at making things happen; ability to be very organised and work efficiently.
  • Experience managing customer surveys, tradeshows and events.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, as proof-reading of articles are required.
