Senior Human Resource Executive (Learning & Development) (DSC/ET/12271)

  • Oversee the operational and  administrative matters for Learning & Development team in accordance to prescribed policy, standing operating procedures and customers’ expectations; which includes
    • end to end management of courses such as registration, confirmation, cancellation, postponement, replacement
    • procurment process for training related purchases
    • source for customized learning solutions with training provider
    • accuracy and timely update of training records and other data
    • proper management of employees training requests and HR Training mailbox enquiries
    • logistics arrangement in place e.g. venue booking, setup of training rooms and equipment
    • attendance taking for physical courses and post-course feedback consolidation
    • Coordinate new hires compulsory training and SG United WSIP officers training
    • Track e-learning modules completion and email reminders
    • Administer LEARN account management
    • Assess and manage training budget expenditure
    • Monitor and update training volume and KPI and other report
    • Process and verify invoices
  • Oversee the overseas travel management which includes
    • Coordinate overseas travel requirements
    • Handle all travel related requests e.g. booking of flight, accommodation, transport
    • Put up Purchase Requisition approvals to incur expenditure according to approving matrix
    • Process and verify trip claims, overseas allowances
    • Submit official passport applications
  • Verify and/or approve the deliverables of the team in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Coach and provide on-the-job-training to the team.
  • Work closely with HR Manager/Director to oversee the staff training and development, performance review and staff welfare of the team.
  • Responsible for meeting KPIs
  • Engage with stakeholders and attend meetings/discussions with customers on working level.
  • Address customer issues promptly.
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to Branch Head/Director.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, or relevant discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR or related field including supervisory experience.
  • Experience in shared services is an added advantage.
  • Past working experience in government ministries and statutory boards is preferred
  • Experience using Workday is an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptable.
