Senior Business Analyst Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead Business Analyst team in User Requirement Gathering in MMS projects by providing operation and maintenance domain know-how.
• Guide the Business Analyst team in documenting user requirements clearly in the Requirement Specifications
• Lead the Business Analyst and Development team to translate the user requirement into MMS solution.
• Support Data Registration team in providing rail domain related guidance.
• Work with PTOs to understand their current operations and pain points to be able to propose improvements to existing systems
• Provide domain expertise support to Data Analytics team in understanding rail operating and maintenance data.
• Provide training to the requirement and development team in rail operations and maintenance domains knowledge build-up. 
• Support the in-house EAMS product development.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Computer Science / Engineering
• At least 10 years experience in rail mrt operation and maintenance domain, with good knowledge in rail O & M processes.
• Has successfully implemented MMS project(s) as rail systems owner.
• Able to communicate easily with others and pen down the requirements clearly.
• Comfortable conducting presentation with the various stakeholders to align the understanding of the requirements.
