Job Description Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for taking care of warehouse and logistics operations. The incumbent will take on the responsibilities of ensuring all delivery schedules are timely updated and align to SAP system.  

Key Job Accountabilities

• Take charge of warehouse/logistics operations (e.g., packing, loading and unloading cargo)
• Receive goods and arrange outgoing export of goods.
• Arrangement of local delivery schedules.
• Update SAP system once receiving, shipping, and issuing functions are complete.
• Toolcrib tooling issuance and data entry.
• Perform daily cycle count and stock taking.
• Ensure proper housekeeping of production area and warehouse area.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum NITEC/ Higher NITEC with 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Having prior warehousing experience will be advantageous.
• Experience in SAP and Excel preferred.
• Work Location: Nearest MRT - Yishun/Bukit Panjang.
• Singaporeans only.

• The incumbent reports to Engineer, Specialised Engineering
