The Software Solution Architect is responsible for driving the architecture, design, and technical direction of enterprise software systems. This individual leads the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with business objectives, technology strategies, and industry best practices.
The role requires a strategic thinker and strong technical leader who can collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into robust architectural solutions. The Software Solution Architect is also responsible for ensuring system reliability, maintainability, security, and scalability while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Solution Architecture & Design
o Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems
o Define system specifications, architecture standards, and development best practices
o Translate business requirements into technical and architectural blueprints
o Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture, compliance, and security requirements
o Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that support long-term business and technology strategies
• Technical Leadership & Governance
o Guide development teams in implementing architectural decisions, design patterns, and coding standards

Qualities We Value
• Technical Competencies
o Expertise in designing and architecting solutions using Java/J2EE, Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
o Deep understanding of software architecture principles, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
o Proficient in architectural modeling and documentation methodologies such as UML and C4 Model
o Strong experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
o Familiar with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
