Job Description
- Ensure inventory scheduling strategy and processes are in place.
- Work effectively in order to ensure inventory supply meets business needs with minimum stock level for all partners.
- Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions and take ownership of inventory planning and related issues that arise.
- Ensure consistent, timely and effective communication regarding inventory matters with Superior.
- Receive and inspect all incoming goods.
- Pack and prepare outgoing stock.
- Ensure work area is tidy, clean and safe.
- Lead the monthly stock take internally and externally.
- Keep detailed and accurate record of the inventory.
- Prepare weekly/monthly material inventory and consumption reports to management.
- Communicate and coordinate with supplier and customers on inventory matters.
- Any other duties assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of inventory control experiences.
- Relevant experience in distribution warehouse.
- Knowledges of automotive industry will be an added bonus.
- Able to type and write basic emails.
- Knowledge in MS Applications / Office.
- Has sense of urgency and able to support the Team whenever required.
- Be able to work as a team and also as an independent individual.
- A valid Singapore class 3 driving license.
- May require to work on evening and weekends.
- Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
