Job Description

  • Identify and provide process improvement activity through improvement methodology and innovative thinking.
  • Lead and support sourcing, development, implementation and integration of the technologies in the workplace.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors during day to day projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with technology and developments in process optimisation.


Job requirements

  • Degree in any engineering field
  • At least 2 years of experience working on engineering work or process optimisation.
  • Highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and also a team player.
  • Strong analytical, project management skills, including interpreting business needs and translating them into operational requirements.
  • Experience in Lean Methodology, Continuous Improvement or Project Management is a plus.
  • Experience in the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage and in the system testing is a plus.
