• Lead the shipbuilding project execution and oversee the project team, including EDC, Procurement, E&C, and Production.
• Manage contract, technical specification, schedule, safety, quality and cost
• Oversees the S/PJMs in the management of contracted projects
• Ensure framework for timely update of transactions is adhered
• Responsible for the development, approval and implementation of Project Management Plan [PMP], Project Start-Up and Project Close-out till warranty closure.
• Responsible for ensuring the project is administered and executed to the satisfaction of the Client in accordance to CTS and safety standards and compliant to the company policies and procedures
• Organize the Project Team and fortifies all required positions with appropriate and competent persons to undertake project management functions of the project.
• Manage customer expectations and maintaining good customer relationship
• Chair project post-mortem and shared lessons learned with internal stakeholders
• Manage and update QPM in line with best practices and processes.
• Motivating and mentoring of managers and engineers
