Title:  Driver, Transportation-Benoi

Responsibilities:

·        Comply to Traffic Police rules and regulation while driving on the road

·        To report all injuries or accidents, including minor cases to his immediate superiors.

·        To maintain good housekeeping in his workplace at all times

·        Daily despatch of documents/files between different office locations

·        Run errands and other ad-hoc duties.

·        Prepare and maintain the car for day’s use.

·        Ensuring the cleanliness of the car.

·        Administrative support and any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

·        Quality is everyone's work responsibility. Aim to meet the work requirement without defects.

·        Check and monitor daily work progress and update daily work schedule.

·        Inform your DH if the planned work schedule is affected by delays, additional work request or changes in work scope.

Requirements:

·        1 to 5 years of driving experience.

·        Must possess a Class 3 and 4 Driving Licence.

·        Ability to drive both a bus and lorry will be advantageous.

·        Good knowledge of Singapore roads and major landmarks

·        Able to observe punctuality.

·        Team player and customer oriented.

·        Able to adapt to changes.

Other Information:

·        Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)

·        5 days work week

·        Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
