Title:  Assistant Electrical Engineer - Ship Repairs (Gul)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the base manager in maintaining and achieving the KPIs for the availability of the boats at client’s base
• Perform pre and post operations inspections of boats in bases
• Carry out replacements of machineries and electrical circuitries
• Responsible for the well-being of the team during working hours including attendance, discipline, productivity, work quality, and safety
• Plan and coordinate with fellow colleagues on work to be performed
• Brief and deploy the team effectively through detail task planning and supervision on-site
• Timely update of man-hours into SAP system
• Prepare reports for work done
• Coordinate with suppliers , contractors when required
• Coordinate with Owner Rep on issues pertaining to maintenance task

Requirements:

• Diploma or NTC in Electrical Engineering or related
• Possess knowledge in Mechanical, Engines and Electrical principles
• Able to use hand tools and measurement tools to perform repairs and maintenance works onboard vessels
• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office for purpose reports writing and progress report updates

• Official Work Hours: 7.25am - 5pm
• 5 Days Week
• Work location: Gul Base (9 Pioneer Place), occasionally in Brani Base and Benoi Yard when required
• Taxi Transport claimable for early reporting of work at Gul
