Title:  Assistant Engineer, Project, Naval Services-Changi

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution and monitoring of naval vessel maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with the project schedule and technical specifications.
• Support senior engineers in the preparation and review of engineering plans, drawings, and documentation required for project implementation.
• Conduct inspections and assist in troubleshooting technical issues that arise during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources.
• Contribute to safety audits and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations within the engineering worksite.
• Maintain accurate records of engineering activities, progress reports, and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for engineering tasks related to naval vessels.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to learning and adapting within a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Familiarity with naval vessel maintenance procedures, marine safety standards, and project coordination practices will be an asset.
