Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage a team of piping engineers to deliver high-quality engineering outputs including:

  - Piping isometrics

  - Stress analysis reports

  - Primary and secondary pipe support drawings

  - Bill of Materials (BOM)

  - BIM-based pipe modelling

  • Review and validate piping design deliverables to ensure alignment with process specifications, project requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate and manage the submission of piping documentation to clients and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare and raise purchase requisitions for piping materials including pipes, valves, and associated components.
  • Facilitate cross-disciplinary coordination to resolve design interface issues and ensure seamless integration of piping systems.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, preferably within process plants or waste-to-energy facilities.
  • Proven expertise in international piping design standards (e.g., EN, ASME, ASTM).
  • Proficient in engineering software such as Navisworks, Plant 3D, and Caesar II for pipe stress analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in pipe pressure loss calculations.
  • Familiarity with complex water cycle systems including:

  - High, Medium, Low, and Very Low-Pressure Steam systems

  - Feedwater and Condensate systems

  - LTECO Recirculation Cooling systems

  - Biogas Superheater systems

  - Air-Cooled Condenser systems

  - Bypass systems

  - Turbine Auxiliary systems
