Title:  Lifting Supervisor-Benoi

Responsibilties:

• Responsible for day to day on-site project supervision and ensure assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specifications, requirements and deadline.
• To ensure the safety regulations and requirements are complied on site constantly seek improvement in the course of work.
• To organize, co-ordinate, control and lead to ensure that all lifting activities are carried out safely and in-line with the quality requirement within the specified schedule on site.
• Manage and direct the dept prior to the schedule non-routine and routine duties.
• Attend all daily overtime, works and other production meeting upon assigned.
• Identify training needs for his team.
• Controlling of Dept budget which includes man hours.
• Prepare and lead in Kaizen Improvement.
• Evaluate and assess the work performance of staff.

Requirements:

• Any secondary or tertiary education.  
• Possess 5 years of relevant experience in marine or heavy industries or construction. 
• Able to read and interpret both general and complex lifting plans
• Possess basic knowledge on budgetting for works
• Able to use Microsoft Excel for basic planning and reporting purpose
• Able to work at heights and under outdoor conditions

• Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
• 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
