Title:  Manager - Engineering & Planning Control (Marine)

Responsibilities:

• Overall in charge of engineering resource planning and control
• Manage the quality management systems for design and engineering scope
• Planning/ scheduling, monitoring and control of the engineering resources, deliverables and activities
• Manage engineering tools, IT infra and software
• Manage a team of project document controllers
• Engineering configuration control using PLM tools
• Manage the digital transformation and the continuous improvement of the EDC processes and adapting emerging technologies such as AI for productivity improvement
• Manage data loss prevention, cybersecurity

Knowledge & Skills:

• Planning and control
• Digitalization
• Time management and able to meet tight deadlines
• Possess excellent inter-personal skills dealing with internal and external customers
• Good command of both written and spoken English

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of related experience in engineering project management/ document control/ planning & control
• Degree in Engineering related field 
• Familiarity with Document Control, PLM tools, Planning tools
• Knowledge of Engineering Document Management System, tools and standards
•  Independent and self-motivated
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities

• Possess supervisory experience to manage a small team of Documentation Control staff

• Location: 16 Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
• 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
