Title:  Supervisor - Rope Mooring & Support Ops (Tuas)

Responsibilities:

• • To lead a team of workers to perform rope mooring, berthing ops and security escort round tasks
  • Mooring of ropes for berthing tasks
  • Handling ship power cables
  • Lay cables from ship to shores supply alongside the ship
  • Retrieve cables from shore supply to ship for the slip off
  • Ensure all security escort tasks are carried out safely.
  • To carried out security tasks as per schedule by the client.
  • To function as main point of contact for the client.
  • To train other workers on security escort tasks.
  • To escort workers in compliance with security needs.

Requirements:

• NTC or Diploma in an Engineering field
• Preferably 3 – 5 years of working experiences in marine industry, ports, harbour or similar capacity
• Able to deal and communicate with stakeholders effectively at all levels
• Possess man-management experience to supervise and deploy workers
• Possess high level of initiative
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office

Other Information: 

• Location: Pioneer Sector (Daily Transportation Reimbursed To and Fro)
• 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
